1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Headshot Lite (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Headshot Lite allows users to generate professional-style portrait photos using AI.

The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Content and Responsibility:

You must own or have explicit permission to upload any photo.
Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities, or anyone without their consent.
You may not upload illegal, hateful, violent, or adult material.
You retain ownership of your images but grant the App a temporary license to process them solely for headshot generation.

4. Generated Images

Generated results are AI-created and may not always be accurate.

They are intended for fun and personal presentation only.

You are solely responsible for how you use them.

5. Payments and Credits

If you make in-app purchases (image packs or subscriptions), payments are handled securely by Apple’s App Store.

All sales are final except where required by law.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and never sell or share your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

SoCal Consults and I Jabara are not liable for any misuse of the App or its generated content.

Use the App responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
