Acceptable Use Policy
Authorized portraits
Use Facerly Gold to create lawful portraits of yourself or people whose permission you have. You must be 18 or older. Do not upload photos of minors. Obtain consent from every person depicted, including celebrities or public figures. Respect copyright, privacy and likeness rights.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload hateful or extremist material, including symbols, uniforms or weapons used to promote terrorism or hate groups. Do not create or upload illegal material, sexual exploitation of children, non-consensual intimate imagery, threatening or abusive content, fraudulent identity documents, deceptive impersonations or content that violates another person’s rights. Do not use the service to harass, defraud or mislead people.
Service integrity
Do not bypass payment or generation limits, abuse automated requests, interfere with the app, or attempt unauthorized access. Misuse may be restricted or reported when required by law.
Report a concern
