Agreement and service
These terms apply to your use of Facerly Gold, provided by Ihab Jabara. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The app creates AI-assisted portraits from photos you supply and supports the styles and refinements available in your app version.
Age and permitted use
You must be at least 18 to use Facerly Gold. Do not upload photos of minors. The app is intended for lawful personal, non-commercial portrait generation, including your own professional profile. The Acceptable Use Policy applies.
Permission to use photos
You retain your rights in your original photos. You grant only the permission necessary to process them and provide your requested portrait through our Google Cloud service and Google Gemini. This limited processing permission does not transfer ownership of your original photo. You must have the rights and consent needed for the photo and the likenesses it contains. Do not upload someone else’s photo without authorization.
AI output and your responsibility
AI results can contain errors or unexpected details. Review every portrait before using it. Generated images are not evidence of identity, an event, a qualification or an endorsement. Do not use the app for deceptive impersonation, identity fraud, unlawful content or violations of another person’s rights. We do not guarantee exclusive output or that every AI-generated element qualifies for copyright protection.
Privacy and intellectual property
The Privacy Policy and Data & Face Privacy Policy describe processing. You retain rights you hold in uploaded material. We do not claim ownership of your generated portrait, but AI output may not be exclusive or eligible for copyright. The app, code, branding and interface remain protected by their respective owners. Do not copy or redistribute the app except as permitted by its license or law.
Plans, purchases and renewal
Free-use limits and paid features are shown in the app. Available subscription plans, prices, billing periods and trial conditions are displayed by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time under the purchase terms. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period or trial to avoid the next charge. An unused trial may end when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple license and payments
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom license is supplied in App Store Connect. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Facerly Gold support and service-related claims should be directed to us. Apple is not responsible for providing app support. These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights or Apple’s applicable license.
Availability and restrictions
Features may change and generation depends on service availability. We may restrict misuse or suspend operations where needed for security or legal reasons. This does not remove rights relating to a paid service under applicable law. Do not bypass usage limits, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, a particular result or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service use. This exclusion does not apply where prohibited, including non-excludable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other legally protected claims. You remain responsible for reviewing and lawfully using your photos and outputs.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by California law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
