What face information is processed
Facerly Gold processes the face visible in the photo you voluntarily submit to generate your portrait. Image generation uses visual features to produce a likeness; this does not mean the service verifies your identity.
Purpose and consent
When you request a portrait, your selected photo and generation instructions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our Google Cloud-hosted service and Google Gemini for processing. Google is a service provider involved in delivering your requested image. Submit an image only when you agree to this processing and have permission from everyone depicted. You can stop future processing by not requesting another generation.
No biometric identification
Facerly Gold does not create or retain biometric identifiers, facial-recognition templates or identity embeddings for identifying or authenticating people. It does not offer facial recognition, identity matching or age, gender, emotion or ethnicity classification. AI generation may still infer visual characteristics when producing an image.
Retention
Facerly Gold uses uploaded photos temporarily for generation and discards them after processing. We do not maintain a persistent server-side photo library. Copies saved on your device or elsewhere remain until you delete them. Google may retain processing data for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations under the applicable service terms; this policy does not promise zero retention by Google.
Training
Facerly Gold does not use your photos to train its own AI models or for marketing. Google’s handling of data depends on the Google service and applicable terms. See Google Gemini API terms and Google Cloud privacy information.
Your choices
Revoke device permissions in iOS Settings and delete locally saved results from your device. For data requests, see Data Deletion & Retention. The main Privacy Policy also applies.
